Shannon creates mixed media embroidery pieces inspired by the beautiful landscapes around us.

Growing up in Colorado and currently living in Seattle, I have been endlessly inspired by our National Parks. I knew when I started embroidery that there was at least one goal: to stitch the parks. I love spending time outdoors hiking, climbing, taking photos, and birdwatching. I use inspiration from the photos I take of our travels and hikes for my embroidery pieces.
